Co-constructive Tool

Co-constructive tools are digitals tools  that facilitate collaboration and share knowledge building as more than two people are involved. Google docs can be on one of the co-constructive tool because many individual can come together to work such as lesson planning. Coggle it, collaborative tool micro, google slide and google sheet are also co-constructive tool. Co-constructive  tools have become powerful allies in the classroom, transforming learning from a solitary pursuit to a collaborative journey. These tools act as the digital tool that binds individual ideas, fostering a shared understanding of complex concepts.

Reflection on Co-construction
learning about ICT as co-constructive tool was, is and will be useful in our lives because it will change the learning environment. ICT tools excel as co-constructive tools, fostering a space where learners can build knowledge together. This reflection explores the power of ICT in this role and the positive outcomes it brings. Students in groups can discuss on a topic  online using google docs, and google sheets for writeups and data calculations respectively. I think it is a effective tool students and other members in the institutions can use when one is unable to to attend it manually. As there are more than one person doing the work, there is a provision for each individuals to comment and correct other members work. Just like the assignment on lesson plan based on Middle level ICT models we had done. There we, first we divided the work amongst ourselves and came up with some ideas, our friends analyzed and evaluated the ideas by critiquing  and suggesting better ideas if the  ideas are not sufficient and appropriate , which directly or indirectly helped in making the work better. This tool is can be used anywhere anytime.

I also learned that constructive tools such as collaborative tool Miro which is a collaborative white board platform can be used to work in the team together in real-time to create, share, and edit various types of visual content. Different individuals can wok simultaneously from anywhere in the world.

I  also learned that coggle it is also a constructive tool, it is free mind mapping tool, one can use to brainstorm ideas, organize thoughts, and visually represent complex information.

ICT offers a powerful set of co-constructive tools that can transform learning from a passive activity to an active, collaborative experience. By harnessing the potential of these tools and fostering the right learning environment, educators can empower students to become co-creators of knowledge, fostering deeper understanding and essential skills for the 21st century.

Here is an example on how we used Google Docs as co-constructive tool in collaborating different members in the group  to write on simple topic i.e, use of digital tool in teaching and learning.
